Great assortment of PODs delivered in a giant, resealable bag. Highly recommended. Pods were all individually wrapped and very fresh. Great aromas upon opening some of the pod envelopes, too! The graphics on the individual pod envelopes are pretty interesting; definitely adds to the fun of trying all these new coffees. Each time I made an espresso I marked the empty POD envelopes A, B or C to remember which ones I liked best. I recently got a Francis X1 and this sampler pack has helped me enjoy my new espresso machine.

I ordered this product on 12/18, during the holiday rush, but despite being very busy the package was shipped quickly and arrived on 12/21. I was concerned about some of the negative reviews, so traded emails with a customer service agent. They said basically that “we get a lot of orders around this time but as long as people pick the right shipping methods (3-day, 2-day), they will get the basket in a timely manner. Our main carrier is Fedex and we’ve been in business with them for years and we trust them to do a great job.”

I gave the ’50s basket to my brother for Christmas and I wish you could have seen the look on his face when he opened the present! Sheer delight! What do you give the person who has everything?? This is it! The kids were even excited. They had not seen or heard of so many of the candies included in the box.
