Travel Potty Chair Really a great design, a very hand portable potty. The folded size is unbelievable — easy to stick in the car, under the stroller, or even inside our large diaper bag (when not carrying a lot of gear)! Unfolded, it’s easy to use, our kid sort of likes to narrate the steps along the way, and the storage compartments mean almost no planning required. (We keep extra bags on one side, and a half-full roll of toilet paper and a thin pack of wipes on the other. Could stick in a change of pants if that seemed likely to be necessary too.)
I agree with somebody who noted that there’s no real front shield, but to add the bump would have made the current folding mechanism impossible, so it’s totally worth the trade-off. Easy to teach your kid to lean forward a bit more when using this. Also easy to carry the used bags home or throw them away in any nearby trashcan. We’ve used this discreetly in a parking lot, playground, and lots of other places, so it’s not just for those shy about public restrooms — really great for those short-notice calls of nature!
My 2.5-year-old girl loves it, and so do we! Worth the price just to reward a well-designed product (and to have this on hand).
