I took some time to shop and compare, and after using the camera for a month, I am more than happy with my decision. This was an upgrade from a Nikon Coolpix 4100. All the features that it has are Pros. A viewfinder, which most cameras nowadays don’t have. Battery life is amazing. Shutter lag is very short, even with flash pictures. Movies (with 30fps) are not jerky anymore, although with dim light there is still room for improvement in the image quality. I didn’t take the time to test specifically the contribution of the image stabilizer to the picture quality.

This photo frame is by far the greatest bang for buck. Despite its inability to play MP3’s like some of the other players, it certainly does better than the competition with its overall appearance and resolution. Resolution is by far the highest in class and the finish is much better than the other cheapo brands that you find in your local electronics store. Picture setup is a snap, and software is not bad. It certainly serves its purpose, considering I got it on sale for $99 at Amazon. I’d recommend to anyone over any other brand.

SanDisk is dependable. Packaged safely and user friendly. Beware of other computer outlets when you insert a memory chip. My mother-in-law’s computer turned my pictures and then didn’t turn them back I don’t know if this is a computer issue or the chip? So, to be fair, I can’t rate it any higher.
