I’ve always had an incredibly hard time getting to sleep. It always takes hours of laying the dark. Some nights I can lay awake for 6-7 hours before falling asleep around sunrise.
I’ve tried any number of things to help with the transition from being awake to being asleep. Lunesta works pretty well for me, but I don’t like to take it all the time. It leaves me tired, and sometimes feeling a bit sad in the morning. It can also get pretty expensive.
These pills are great especially for someone like me that doesn’t need help staying/falling asleep often but very much so every now and then. They will knock you out and you won’t wake up until the next morning but as my doctor advised me, I should only use it every once in a while because your body will diminish its own melatonin production if I use it as an everyday supplement before bed. But as a suplement itself, it does just as it is supposed to, put you to sleep like a baby! Two thumbs up!
